Domaine Faiveley, Beaune Ecu other_regions_australia My observation is that this other_regions_australia My observation is that this 2011 vintage feels more overtly ripe There is a noticeably finer if less muscular mouthfeel to the equally mineral inflected medium weight flavors that retain a lovely sense of energy on the well delineated and again A mildly reduced nose still seems both fresh and ripe thanks to the excellent vibrancy of the nicely concentrated and tautly muscular flavors that possess a beguiling underlying tension that carries over to the youthfully austere and sneaky long finish This firmly structured effort will require at least a decade to reach its peak
